Excellent service from beginning to end. Had trouble with web page so I called and got first class service from making the appointment to Jake handling everything professionally and with thorough and efficient work done. Will be recommending to others. Couldn't be more pleased. The price beat them all too!

Update. Drove to the actual physical location. They were not the ones who answered my calls. That was their '800' line. Fantastic service at the local location. Looked at my windshield right away. Said the pits did not require repair. Said the website schedules people out of different offices. Even provided me with a direct line to their location Original review. One star. Tech sent text 2 hours ago saying they would be here in 30 min. Obviously they didn't show. 5 calls to Safelite to try and talk to a live person. Finally reached a person to find out that they were not going to make it within my appointment time frame (8am-12 noon) but would try to make it by 5pm. Why the website allows you to select a time frame they have no intention of honoring is a terrible way to do business.

Look at all that urethane all over my truck!!! Unbelievable a tech would leave that urethane all over my truck!! WAIT IT GETS BETTER they sent 3 different techs. 4 DIFFERENT TIMES!!! WASTED 3 SATURDAYS OF MINE 9 HOURS OF MY TIME AND A HALF A TANK OF GAS. AND STILL FAILED TO RECALIBRATE MY ADVANCED WARRING SYSTEM I PERSONALLY THINK SAFELITE NEEDS TO SPEND A LITTLE MONEY ON TRAINING!!! ALSO HAVE CLASSES ON HOW TO RECALIBRATE VEHICLES PROPERLY!!! THIS IS NOTHING BUT AGGRAVATING AND UPSETTING.. ALSO I BELIEVE THE MANAGER AT THE ROCKFORD SAFELITE LOCATION NEEDS A LITTLE MORE MANAGEMENT TRAINING. NOT REALLY WILLING TO WORK WITH ME ON THIS. PRETTY MUCH TOLD ME TO TAKE IT TO THE DEALER SHIP. ALL DUE TO SAFELITES INCOMPETENCE TO TRAIN THEIR TECHNICIANS PROPERLY!!! ALSO NOT BUYING THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT TO CALIBRATE VEHICLES PROPERLY!! STATE FARM IS NOT HAPPY!! MIGHT LOSS ACCOUNTS OVER THEIR FAILURE TO TRAIN THERE ARE TECHNICIANS PROPERLY.AND BUY THE PROPER EQUIPMENT!!!

I was able to schedule for someone to come to my house and replace my windshield within 2 days. The technician was amazing, friendly, and efficient. It was easy to book an appointment. He took my payment right there in my front yard so I didn't have to mess with setting up an online account. I've only ever had great experiences with Safelite.

My past window replacements from this company were amazing the tech I had before went above and beyond and did an amazing job. This time I just had a chip fix and I would not recommend this service. Told tech my vehicle got pelted with rocks to please check the rest of the windows and fix as needed. Also I paid for my windshield to be treated with their rain repellent which works great when it’s done. Tech never did it but I was still charged. Tech did not clean nor inspect windshield and did not clean up his waste from the one chip that I pointed out that needed to be done. I also found out to report an issue with your service becomes a run around tells you to log in online so hung up did that then when you log in online it gives you another number to call so had to call and then. Got put on hold and eventually just gave up. This company will not get my business again unless they give me the first tech that replaced my windshields with them every time
